La Rédaction en Chef et le Comité Scientifique et Rédactionnel des Annales de Biologie Clinique (Paris) poursuivent trois objectifs principaux :

La diffusion d’informations scientifiques actuelles et innovantes dans le domaine de la biologie médicale (revues de synthèse, articles originaux et/ou de biologie praticienne),
L’information professionnelle des membres de la SFBC sur l’évolution des pratiques biomédicales (guides de pratique et recommandations, assurance de qualité et accréditation, etc.) et sur la vie de la Profession,
Assurer un lien avec les membres d’autres sociétés savantes et plus particulièrement celles avec lesquelles la SFBC est partenaire ou affiliée : European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFCC), International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC), Fédération Francophone de Biologie Clinique et de Médecine de Laboratoire (FIFBCML).

Les Annales de Biologie Clinique (Paris) publient des articles en langue française et en langue anglaise ; la revue est référencée dans la plupart des bases de données internationales dont Index Medicus/Medline.

Les Annales de Biologie Clinique ont pour vocation l’échange d’informations sur tous les aspects de la biologie clinique, de toutes disciplines et tout mode d’exercice. La qualité internationale de la revue, indexée à Medline, impose que les articles proposés soient compréhensibles pour un lectorat non obligatoirement familier avec la discipline ou le sujet traité, mais aussi conformes aux standards internationaux, en particulier pour la présentation des manuscrits et l’originalité des données exposées.

Call for Submissions
Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine
Special Issue – Advancements in Mass Spectrometry as a Tool for Clinical Analysis

Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (CCLM) is pleased to announce a call for submissions for a special thematic issue on Advancements in Mass Spectrometry as a Tool for Clinical Analysis, which will be published in in the first half of 2020. The submission deadline is August 15, 2019.
Potential topics of interest include:
• Mass spectrometry in clinical ‘omics: metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics
• Miniaturization and/or portability of mass spectrometers for rapid/on-line analysis
• Modern ionization/sample delivery methods for clinical analysis
• Measurement of illicit drug use
• Identification of bacterial species using mass spectrometry (e.g. MALDI-MS)
• Alternative mediums for analysis (e.g. exhaled breath gases/condensate, saliva)
• Molecular imaging of tissue slices
• Multiplexed assays for biomarker panels of disease
• Mass spectrometry for prognosis/risk prediction of outcome in disease
• Advances in high resolution mass spectrometry in the clinical laboratory
• Advances in supercritical fluid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis coupled to mass spectrometry
